Our project is a restaurant of Asian cuisine, mostly Japanese. Our format is a take away restaurant, so we create comfortable conditions for people who do not have time to cook and visit regular restaurants. We create a high-quality and tasty product for people who like to spend time at home with their family without outsiders or relax comfortably in nature, for example, near the river, enjoying our rolls and drinks. And, still, we do not position ourselves as a fast food restaurant, because people associate such establishments with unhealthy and, mostly, cheap food. We are not a quick snack, but rather restaurant-quality food.
